Guest Accommodations:
All ten (10) guestrooms have private baths.
No guest pets allowed on the premises; owners have a cat in residence.
Children over the age of 12 are comfortable at the Inn.
Private off street parking provided for guests.
Several rooms adjoin.
All rooms equipped with HVAC controls.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. But is allowed on  porches and grounds.

Rates:
Rooms: $115.00 - $165.00 per night.

Reservations:
Advance Reservations are always encouraged.
Full payment in advance is required for all reservations. 
Deposit payable by major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) check or cash. Charged when reservation is made in conformity with Advance Lodging Deposit Service Policy.

Please telephone 828-859-7688 to check availability and reserve your room(s). You will receive written confirmation by return mail or email.

Guests with special needs (dietary, allergies, health, etc.) should make inquires before booking rooms, to insure their needs can be met.

 We are a small inn and do not overbook. Your room is guaranteed. Therefore we pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations. 

Refund Policy:
For  refund, cancellation MUST be at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. Special Event & Holiday Weekends require 21 days notice. 
If cancellation is within 14 days of arrival date, then refund will be based on the extent the accommodations can be re-rented over the entire reserved period.
We agree to hold the accommodations you reserve until check out time on the day following your scheduled arrival.
All room cancellations are subject to a $50.00/per room processing fee.

Check in / out times:
Check in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Early or Late check in  by prior arrangement ONLY, please.
Check out time is by 11:00 AM.

A complimentary breakfast is offered each morning at 8:30AM. (Guests with special needs (dietary, allergies, health, etc.) should make inquires before booking rooms, to insure their needs can be met.)

Your Innkeepers are always eager & able to make restaurant, recreation or sightseeing suggestions.

Mimosa Inn offers a peaceful and intimate setting for romantic celebrations - including anniversaries, elopements, honeymoons and birthdays.

To celebrate these special occasions, allow us to adorn your room with a lovely floral arrangement. In conjunction with area florists', we can grace your room with a variety of arrangements, from a dozen roses to a great gift basket, from a vase of carnations to a basket with a mixed arrangement of seasonal flowers.
